We want our users to feel confident when purchasing a subscription for REimagineHome AI, knowing that if the service doesn’t meet their expectations, they can cancel the subscription and request for a refund. To ensure customer satisfaction & build trust, we have established the following refund policy.
1. You are eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your paid subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- You have used fewer than 10 credits to generate renders with our service.
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To initiate your refund request, write an email to
info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject line “
Request for Refund”.
No refund will be provided on the used credits.
2. To cancel your paid subscription, follow these steps:
- Login to REimagineHome AI and navigate to the 'Dashboard'.
- Go to 'My Plan' page from the side navigation bar.
- Click on 'Manage Plan' and proceed to select 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Provide reasons for cancellation and submit the request.
3. After the seven-day period or exceeding the credit usage threshold:
If you exceed the credit usage limit or the seven-day refund period, cancellation of your subscription is still possible in accordance with the regular billing schedule of your chosen plan. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
If found eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your refund request has been approved.
