Welcome to REimagineHome by Styldod Inc.
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Styldod, Inc. (“Styldod, Inc.”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the REimagineHome by Styldod website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “REimagineHome services”). All content, branding, and services related to REIH, ReimagineHome, and Reimagine Home AI are proprietary to us.
Please review this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using REimagineHome in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Using the REimagineHome Website
a. Who Can Use It:
You must be at least the age of majority in the state of residence to use the REimagineHome Website. Use of the REimagineHome Website by anyone under 16 years of age is strictly prohibited!
b. Registration:
Access to certain functionalities of the REImagineHome requires you to register with us and create a profile. By registering with REimagineHome, you agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed to maintain its accuracy. We will handle the personal information you provide during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
c. Privacy Policy:
Our privacy practices are set forth in our Privacy Policy. By using the REimagineHome Website in any way, you understand and acknowledge that the terms of the Privacy Policy apply to you, regardless of whether you have created an account on REimagineHome.
d. Acceptable Use Policy:
When using the REimagineHome Website, you agree to abide by common standards of etiquette and act in accordance with the law, as described further in our Acceptable Use Policy.
e. Account Deletion/Termination:
We may suspend your use of REimagineHome, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability to you. We may also close your account at any time, with or without a specific reason, especially if you violate any REimagineHome policy.
If you choose to delete your REimagineHome account, please email us at
info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject line 'Delete My REimagineHome Account'. Once we receive your request, we will promptly delete your REimagineHome profile from our website. Please note that this action is irreversible; once your account is deleted, all uploaded images, generated designs, active subscription plans, and unused credits will be permanently lost.
If you decide to use REimagineHome again in the future, you will need to create a new account with a different email address.
f. Data Deletion from REimagineHome:
As per our Privacy Policy, REimagineHome collects information and content that you submit, post, or create on our website, including your uploaded images, text prompts, preferences, comments, reviews, searches, photo notes, discussions, instructions, project details, and style preferences.
If you choose to delete all your uploaded and created data (including uploaded images, generated designs, text prompts, preferences, comments, reviews, searches, photo notes, discussions, instructions, project details, costs, and style preferences), you can do so by deleting your Projects from the "History" page in the REimagineHome dashboard. Additionally, if you want us to delete your data on your behalf, please email us at
info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject line "Delete My Data From REimagineHome". Upon receiving your request, we will promptly delete your data from our website within 7 days.
Please note that any data deleted will be permanently lost, as data deletion is irreversible. However, your REimagineHome account and its current plan will remain active, allowing you to upload fresh images and generate new designs moving forward.
g. Feedback:
We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improving the REimagineHome website. You may submit feedback at
info@reimaginehome.ai. By submitting feedback to us in any manner, you grant us the right, at our discretion, to use, disclose, and otherwise utilize the feedback, in whole or in part, without any restriction or compensation to you.
h. Permitted and Prohibited Uses:
You may use the REimagineHome services only for lawful purposes and in accordance withthese Terms. You agree not to use the REimagineHome services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations. Additionally, you agree not to:
i. Use REimagineHome in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with another party's use of REimagineHome.
ii. Employ any robot, spider, or other automated device, process, or means to access REimagineHome for any purpose, including monitoring or copying materials.
iii. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of REimagineHome.
iv. Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful technology.
v. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of REimagineHome, its server, or any related server, computer, or database.
vi. Attack REimagineHome via a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack.
vii. Attempt to bypass measures employed by REimagineHome to prevent or restrict accessto its services.
viii. Otherwise attempt to interfere with REimagineHome’s proper functioning.
ix. Use REimagineHome services for any purpose competitive to REimagineHome, or with the intent to disparage the services.
x. Scrape or copy profiles and information of other users by any means (including crawlers, browser plugins, add-ons, or manual methods) for any purpose.
xi. Market, sell, transfer, or make available any data collected from or derived from REimagineHome to any person or entity for commercial, political, market surveying, or otherpurposes, whether in aggregated or bulk form or otherwise.
xii. Upload any content, information, or materials that you do not have the rights to post, with all associated risks being your responsibility.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help maintain the integrity and security of REimagineHome services.
2. Content
a. Your Content:
When using the services provided by REimagineHome, you may provide input to various REimagineHome services and receive output generated by these services based on that input. Together, the input and output constitute 'Content.' Ownership of all input resides with you. REimagineHome hereby assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Services, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This assignment of rights includes the ability to use the content for any purpose, including commercial purposes, such as sale or publication, provided that such use is in accordance with these Terms. REimagineHome reserves the right to use content for its own purposes, including providing and maintaining the Services, complying with applicable law, and enforcing its policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
b. Similarity of Content:
Please be aware that, due to the nature of machine learning, REimagineHome services may produce output that is not unique to each user. This means that identical or similar output may be generated for other users, REimagineHome, or third parties. For example, if you provide input to change a wall color to blue, the output may show a 'blue-colored wall'. Other users with similar inputs may receive the same or similar results. Note that any output generated for other users is not considered your Content.
c. Use of Content to Improve REimagineHome Services:
We may use Content that you provide to develop or improve REimagineHome services.
d. Accuracy:
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields, and we continually strive to improve REimagineHome services to ensure they are accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. However, due to the probabilistic nature of machine learning, the REimagineHome services may sometimes generate incorrect output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. It is essential that you assess the accuracy of any output for your intended use case, which may require a human review of the output.
e. Use of Copyright Free Content
As between you and REimagineHome, you retain ownership of the Content you generate on the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For any images you upload to the platform, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights, title, and interest in those images, including all associated copyrights and rights of publicity. You are responsible for ensuring that your Content and any Content sharing comply with applicable laws, do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, and adhere to these Terms.
You also agree that REimagineHome and its affiliates may use your Content to develop and improve the platform for a better user experience, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include storing your Content and related metadata (such as image specifications, seeds, and text prompts) in a "History" section of your account, allowing you to browse and retrieve previously generated Content using REimagineHome services.

info@reimaginehome.ai with the subject line "Do Not Use My Data for Platform Improvement and Marketing".
f. Watermark Content:
Altering and Removing watermarks on the outputs generated by ReimagineHome will be considered a legal offense, as we retain all rights to these images.
g. Use of Content
When you download an image from REimagineHome, you are purchasing a license to use the image for any personal, business, or commercial purpose. This allows you to use our content in advertising, marketing, apps, websites, social media, TV and film, presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, product packaging, and countless other applications.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Please review this section carefully as it limits the liability of Styldod and its associated entities, including REimagineHome, a Styldod entity.
"Styldod entities" refers to Styldod, Inc., REimagineHome, and any other subsidiaries, as well as their suppliers, licensors, partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each. Each provision below applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
a. Styldod provides the Website, services, information, products, product descriptions, and third-party content on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties and conditions of merchantability, title, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted or error-free service, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage in trade.
b. Styldod entities make no guarantees and expressly disclaim all liability, to the maximum extent allowed by law, regarding: (i) content posted by third parties on the REimagineHome Website, (ii) product descriptions or products, (iii) third-party websites and any third-party products or services accessible through the site, (iv) plants or seeds from exchanges, and (v) the quality or conduct of any third party you may interact with in connection with your use of the site.
c. You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Styldod entities are not liable to you under any theory of liability. Without limiting this, you agree that Styldod entities specifically will not be liable for (i) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages; (ii) loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or data loss (even if Styldod entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages or if such damages are foreseeable) arising from or in any way related to your use or inability to use the Styldod Website or products.
4. Payment
You are responsible for paying all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect when a payment is due. If we determine that your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we may require a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID and potentially a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used. We reserve the right to change products and pricing at any time and to refuse any order you place. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, which may include orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed.
a. Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. While we make every effort to store information collected by the website in a secure operating environment, complete security cannot be guaranteed.
b. Payment Terms: By making a purchase, you confirm you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the order (including taxes and other applicable fees) to that method.
c. Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items.
d. Changes to Payment Terms: We reserve the right to change our payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. In the event of a change, we will post the changes to our website.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Styldod Entities, including their directors, officers, employees, consultants, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and other expenses arising directly or indirectly from: (a) your breach of any provision in this Agreement; (b) any allegation that materials you submit to us or transmit on the REimagineHome infringe upon or violate the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or rights of any third party; (c) your activities in connection with the REimagineHome or any websites linked to the Styldod Website; and/or (d) your negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Amendments
We may revise and update our fee schedule and Terms at our sole discretion from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting them on the website. All updates take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all subsequent access to and use of the REimagineHome services. Your continued use of the REimagineHome services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified fee schedule and Terms. If you do not agree with the revisions, you should discontinue using the REimagineHome services. The date of the last update to these Terms will be indicated. As we continuously enhance the REimagineHome services and add new features, please review this page each time you access the REimagineHome services to stay informed of any changes, as they are binding upon you.
7. Consequences of Violating These Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Service at our discretion for any reason. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service to you in the future. REimagineHome may review and remove any of your Content at any time for any reason, including if, in its sole judgment, the Content: violates the Terms; breaches applicable laws, rules, or regulations; is abusive, disruptive, offensive, or illegal; or infringes upon the rights or threatens the safety of other users. You are responsible for any claims, fees, fines, penalties, or other liabilities incurred by us or others as a result of your breach of the Terms & Conditions or your use of REimagineHome services.
8. Miscellaneous
You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions, and any attempt to do so will be void. However, REimagineHome may assign its rights to any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any successor in interest related to the REimagineHome services. REimagineHome and you are not legal partners or agents; rather, our relationship is that of independent contractors.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may change or modify these Terms & Conditions by posting a revised version on the REimagineHome website, or by otherwise providing notice to you, and will state at the top of the revised Terms the date they were last revised. Your continued use of the REimagineHome services after any change means you agree to the new Terms.
Acceptance of These Terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using REimagineHome services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use or access the REimagineHome services.
